• GST registration, filing, and compliance services
• Company and LLP incorporation
• Trademark and intellectual property services
• Corporate legal and MCA compliance
• Tax notice replies and legal representation

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information for all services
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Inform us immediately of any errors in our work
• Pay all agreed fees in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations
• Review all documents before submission to authorities

4. Professional Standards

E-Tax Samadhan operates under the professional standards set by the Bar Council of India and other relevant professional bodies. Our services are provided by qualified Advocates and Tax Consultants who maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated to you before engagement. Payment terms include:

• Fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
• Government fees and filing charges are separate from our service fees
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for the provision of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and completeness in all our services, E-Tax Samadhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of E-Tax Samadhan and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide all work completed and client documents upon request.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts in Indore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action must be filed within the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
